Our Guest Policies
To ensure the highest standard of service and respect for our stylists’ time, please review All Styling Studio guidelines prior to your visit.
1. Cancellation Policy and Cards
24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED
We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations under 48 hours, may be charged a 50% of the reserved service price. Under 24 hours a fee of 100% of the reserved service will be charged to your card saved on file.
Cards are saved on file when online booking and required for all online booking. (Only the last 4 digits are visible to us)
We send out a note via email as a receipt of this saved card.
When paying with your card via deposits online or in studio/phone we do save your card on file up until the appointment day as a hold and is required.
We will always ask in person at checkout about saving your card on file for other types of service checkouts in studio.
We are happy to remove your card at any time when no appointments are booked or paying another way.
2. Deposit Policy
To secure bookings for any speciality or premium styling services valued over $100, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be directly credited toward your final bill on the day of your appointment.
All formal/occasion hair styling and makeup artistry services require a 50% deposit.
3. Late Arrivals
We operate on a tight schedule to guarantee quality service. We offer a 10 minute grace period. Arriving later than 10 minutes may limit your service time or require us to reschedule, incurring standard cancellation terms.
4. Service Satisfaction
Your style and happiness are our priority. If you need any tweaks or are not entirely content with your result, please notify us within 7 days. We’ll proudly book a complimentary adjustment service with your stylist.
5. Child Safety Guidelines
For safety and the serenity of our workspace, children are only permitted in the styling area when actively receiving a booked service. We kindly request that you make alternative arrangements for childcare.
